GREAT location

This hotel, while expensive, was in a great location. Clean, modern design rooms with Molton Brown bath products.
Do not trust them! They do not trust you.

Well some people prefer location but customer service is critical for me and the Bryant Park lack in every way. The only person showing customer service consistently was the doorman. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!
