We didn't know exactly where the hotel was located and when we got there we thought Oh No! Our room was right near the interstate and we were afraid we would hear the traffic all night. But, it was exactly the opposite. We heard no traffic at all, and much to our amazement we heard no other people in the hotel either. All of the staff was extremely nice and pleasant. They welcomed us and told us to be careful and have a great day when we left each time. Gave us everything we needed for our room and all. I would Love to stay again.

When we checked in, the room was rather small and the carpet was wet. We were upgraded to a larger room, though we had to pay the difference. The staff was very helpful. Overall, our stay there was okay.

Air/heat unit made it impossible to sleep when it cycled every 4 minutes. Room was clean, roomy but the noise from the air unit was ruined my good nights sleep. Finally had to turn it off. The mgr. upgraded our room since an online travel website booked it wrong according to her. Hotel will undergo renovations later in 07 and I hope they replace the air unit so I can stay there again. Very convenient and easy to find and get around from.

We prepaid our NON-smoking room & were guaranteed late arrival. We called at 4pm to say we would be late checking in but got no answer; left a message on v.m. Got there at 10:30 & were put in a smoking room. Almost had to sleep in car it was so bad! Desk clerk had given our room away obviously-she said she never got the message--wasn't even allowed to retrieve messages off their hotel voicemail! Poor service & attitude! Won't stay here again.
