Great Value

After being cramped in a cruise ship stateroom, it was great for our family to spread out. The room was huge! Although the hotel is older, it was clean and well maintained. We were able to check in early, which was a plus. Free beverages and snacks for happy hour; great free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport made this a great value for our family. We will stay there again.

The hotel is located next to car Enterprise car rental office. It is convenient but not a spectacular view. The hotel has various features to justify the five star prices. However, manner of reception, porters, managements, and other staffs are right for two to three stars. Telephone card did not work. The long distance call is $10 for the first minute and $5 for additional minutes. Hot breakfast was OK but I expect more cold meet such as smoked salmon for this price. The room was big but no style.

"Very nice hotel. Typical Embassy suites. Staff very friendly and courteous. Free airport shuttle. Cab fare only $10. Only drawback is hotel is somewhat isolated. Bennigans a short walk away, but otherwise not much in area."

Stayed here for Xmas 06. Late check in was convenient and quick. Typical Embassy suite rooms : large but a little worn down. OK however for a 1 night airport stay. Breakfast was good for the kids and complimentary, yet there is a lack of seating when the hotel is full

Stayed for 3 days with grandchildren. They loved the pool, "happy hour" and breakfast. Our only complaint was the living area had limited lights. Beds comfy and plenty of room for a family. Will stay there again.
