We went to Miami for a few days and chose Embassy Suites because of all the good reviews it has. I have to say it was WORTH IT!! THANKS TRAVEL agency! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They gave us directions when we needed it, helped us with our luggage and any questions we had, regardless of how silly we felt they were! I can't go with out saying the room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and up to date (with 2 flat screens) I was surprised to see we had 2 rooms in ONE! One room has a TV, couch (that opens into a bed), large table (where we enjoyed their awesome complimentary breakfast!) a fridge, microwave, counter, mirror and sink. Then you open the door and there is your typical hotel room. We had 2 double beds. I HAVE TO SAY...the beds were heaven sent! And I am VERY PICKY!! Especailly since we have top of the line mattress and pillows at home. I was very impressed. As long as you're not looking for a hotel with a view...this is the place to stay!

This is a wonderful hotel we've ever stayed. Staffs were friendly, room was clean, especially the breakfast was delightful. We didn't have the chance to use the fitness facility but I took a tour of it. It looked great to me. Suggestion to visitors is that go to have breakfast early, better before 8am. There was always a long line after 8:30. Comparing to what we paid for the stay, it was a true bargain. Overall, my family and I are very satisfy with this hotel.
We'll stay here every time we're in Miami

We found this hotel excellent in almost every respect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and clean, as were the public areas.
The price includes free drinks in the evening and a decent breakfast, although both are a bit of a zoo as there are so many guests.
The only complaint is with the steak restaurant, where the waiter didn't understand my order (deliberately?) and brought me the most expensive steak instead. Delicious, but $10 more than I had bargained for.

I've stayed at many Embassies on business but this one is the most clean I've been to. Parking was very convenient, breakfast was better than average, work out room was huge, had what I was looking for but what really made this property stand out was the service. It's not what I am use to with this chain. They really go out of there way to make sure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in. I've stayed at other around this area and considering the Embassy room is a suite with afternoon drinks and breakfast, this is by far a better value. Since almost all airport hotels are priced the same I will be visiting the Embassy and reccomending to others.
