Best in Raleigh

For the price this hotel is about 4 stars. Very clean and well kept,very good digital tv and some HD channels. The staff is very accomadating. This is a very well placed facillity on hilltop with dead-end st. Close to downtown and inside the inner beltline. I even called the mngr. to let him know how pleased we were. Contiuous Raleigh visitor.
A little disappointed

We booked this room because I have a bad back, and we like having a whirlpool in the room. I was told when I called it was a full size whirlpool. It is not. It is an oversized bathtub with four jets. Only one of which worked. It was clean and comfortable, but not worth $160 a night. When I pay that kind of money I expect more. It is within walking distance to the mall and that is good because the traffic in and out is a nightmare. And if you don't know the area it is nearly impossible to find. But to be fair, it was clean and comfortable. And the staff was very friendly. If money is no object and you want to be close to the mall, this is the place for you.
