The on-site features are decent. The restaurant is nice. The convenience store is outrageous. I think they wanted $10.99 for a 6-pack of domestic beer. The game room has about 8 video games and all are older. There is a pool table room that can be reserved. The sportsbar has a big screen TV and decent drink prices. The pool and tennis courts were closed for remodeling when we visited. Overall a great place with nice people. I would here exchange again.

We found many places to take walks with our 15-month old daughter. Remember though, that this is the mountains, so even walking on residential streets can be a strenuous uphill climb. But a little bit of uphill walking and you'll get to see some incredible views of the lake and some beautiful houses that have those views out their windows!
The resort is also only about 1 or 2 miles from Stateline for all you gamblers.
As for the resort itself, we were very satisfied. The unit that we were in had a hot tub (not the bathtub kind, but a full hot tub) smack dab in the middle of the room. It actually divided the bedroom from the living area. This would not have been too big of a deal, except for how the fact that we were traveling with a young child. Since we had our daughter sleeping in the living area (in a portable crib) and the jacuzzi right was next to her, we had to be very quiet when sitting in the hot tub at night for fear of waking her up. This is just something to think about if you have young kids and know that you'll only be using the hot tub after they go to sleep.
The room itself wasn't small, per se, but the way it is divided up into 3-parts (living area/hot tub and bathroom/bedroom) made each of those areas somewhat small. The bedroom, especially, did not leave a whole lot of extra room: just about enough room for the bed, a dresser with TV on top of it, and a closet...and not much else!
The restaurant at the resort wasn't anything special, but no big deal with the variety of restaurants available in South Lake and Stateline. There is a pool, but we didn't go in as it was still pretty chilly.
Beyond that, we loved the resort. We would love to come back in ski season and take advantage of the access to Heavenly (and that hot tub after a hard day on the slopes), but I know the resort is much more difficult to trade into in the winter.
