Stayed 2 nights with my wife when visiting family. We also stayed here a couple of years ago and at that time they were remodeling. The place looked fine and was relatively clean. Didn't use the pool or fitness room although both looked fine. Room was alright. Nothing special but for $69 was what we expected. Location is not bad but is not right by malls, casino or anything special. All are a few miles away. The view out your window is not going to be anything scenic. Breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, french toast, bagels, cereal and muffins. Decent variety but a lot of starch. Free evening drinks (alcohol included) and popcorn is a nice touch but we didn't take advantage of them this time due to our schedule. There are nicer places in Eville but most are going to cost you more so it is a good deal if you are trying to stay on a budget.
Best rate in Evansville for the price

Where else in Evanville for around $50 can you get a room with free high speed internet, a free deluxe breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, and free popcorn and soft drinks during the entire course of your stay? I will definitely be using the Drury Inn everytime I visit Evansville from now on.
Wouldn't reccommend for non-smokers

This hotel offers pretty good amenities and is in a good location. However, I had to stay in a smoking room that reeked of cigarrete smoke, and I am not a smoker. When the the travel agent called to see if I could get a nonsmoking room, she was told that they were fully booked. Unfortunately, online travel website does not give you the option of smoking/nonsmoking rooms for this hotel. Also, the hallways had soiled carpet, which really looked kind of gross. The room itself was decent, though, and seemed farily clean (minus the cigarrete smell). The hot tub and pool were both fairly well- kept and decent, and are both good amenties, as was the fittness room. Overall, I would not reccomend this hotel to nonsmokers.
