Old but Clean and Well Maintained

I recently returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel while my daughter was undergoing surgery at Stanford Medical Center. This was more of a motel than a hotel. It is an older property but well maintained, and the rooms were quiet, clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was limited but the Belgian Waffles were wonderful. The property had no amenities on site but there were ample restaurants and stores nearby. There was a $6.00 fee for the use of a 24hour Fitness center a few blocks away. The desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms here were at least $*** a night cheaper than the Courtyard or Hilton Garden Inn and both were farther away from Stanford Med Center. Also, they have a special rate for families of Stanford Hospital patients but in order to get it, you have to make your reservation directly with the hotel and not on-line. You'll save about $10 per night. It's not the Ritz by any means, but I would stay here again.

Just finished a 4-night stay at this hotel and had to write a very favorable review. I read the other reviews and took a chance on staying here. I'm so glad we did. The staff was outstanding...very helpful and considerate. The rooms are basic, but extremely clean and comfortable. I especially like the fact that the hotel sits back from the busy El Camino Ave and its noise. Since we have a new grandchild in the area, we plan on staying at the Quality Inn each time we come to visit.
Very top notch and safe parking!!!

Great hotel! It was only rated a 2 star hotel, but I would gladly move it up to a 3-4 star. Rooms were clean and well stocked with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, both wireless and cable computer connections(free with the room), great parking area, and the continental breakfast was wonderful!!! Not your average breakfast, it included : fruit, yogurt, muffins, three different cereals, a waffle maker with different fruit toppings, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, and a great place to enjoy it! The bed sheets were clean, and they had 5 fluffy pillows on the bed(most places have those flat uncomfortable pillows). The only thing that was not good was all of the noise from other travelers, but that's not the hotel, that's just rude society. Would definitely stay again!!!
Quiet Place

My wife and I checked into the Quality Inn and were greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. Because the Inn is off El Camino it was very quiet and we had a restful night. It's location makes it easy to travel around the Palo Alto area. They also had healthy breakfast choices and a comfortable dining area. We will definitely stay at this Quality Inn again.

This was the nicest motel in a week of travel, from San Diego to the Bay Area, for a college tour. Everything worked well, all amenities were provided.
