Very friendly helpful staff. When we had a problem with our room, the manager gave us an upgrade for no charge! Would stay there anytime!

Rooms and beds were horrible. I paid extra money for a deluxe room and it was anything but deluxe. would not stay here again.

very few amenities for the money. make sure you bring plenty of spending money,Luxor provides nothing. no fridges or coffee makers. everything including a cup of coffe costs a fortune and takes at least 10 min to get to. if you stay there, go to excalibur's buffet(cheaper and better).

LOVED IT!

I just came back yesterday from my trip to Vegas and didn't want to leave. The Luxor was very pretty. The hotel was located in a great spot. Everything was in great walking distance. The food was great and the service was perfect. My boyfriend and I received 2 show tickets and $75 food voucher free while we we're there. The Strip was beautiful. I am diff coming back as soon as I can, and im stay in the LUXOR. And you don't need to rent a rental car it's well worth walking and site seeing. The room was perfect for the stay. GREAT TRIP.

5 Star Hotel - 3 Star Room -

We were very excited to get a Spa Suite in the pyramid -- however, the rooms were VERY worn and tired. The carpet was threadbare, water damage on the window treatments, wallpaper was peeling. Some of the furniture in the pictures was missing. Overall a bit of a disappointment for being a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself was pretty nice -- service was very good. Casino was nicely laid out and the staff was terrific. Other downfalls -- business center was close when we needed it most. It's at the end of the strip and hard to get to unless you like to walk or take a taxi. Probably would not stay there again.
