Superb staff. Very helpful. Check the room allocation and best to ask for front facing (book the deluxe room on the net as it would cost considerably more to upgrade at the hotel). Backrooms (std rooms) have glazed windows which are permanently locked, probably because it faces an old cemetary. Does not seem to disturb anybody.
Excellent breakfast.
Location is close enough to town but you would need to cab and at times this can be difficult. Hotel shuttle bus (free) leaves regularly to Times Sq and to Central. Staff go out of the way to assist in every way.
Best deal: The massage housenext to the hotel. Hotel staff get a discount but massages would have to be done at the place. Massages at the hotel woulcost much more. Place is open until 2am and service and cleanliness are superb!
Wireless internet available in restaurant and lounge.

A very comfortable hotel with sophisticated and very high standard of service. Every staff is so welcoming and amiable. The room attendant did a very great job in cleaning my room and she is very quick in responding to my requests. I will recommend anyone who looks for a hotel which truly values the money.

Stayed here for five days and from this location had easy access to the whole of Hong Kong. Quiet area away from the tourists but with easy access to Times Sqaure and transport. Will be staying here on my return visit.

the hotel was a clean hotel and worth the price. Don' t eat at the restaurant, very expensive and not very good. service is excellant and the location is close to shopping and bus lines. Cabs aren't to hard to get, ask the front desk for help.

First impression was not good. Hotel had NOT received payment when we checked in and wanted/did place the room charge against my credit card. Room was not what was requested - 2 single beds vice one double. Windows were frosted over due to local cemmitary behind hotel. Not a good beginning. The hotel shuttle bus only runs during regualr working hours, late arrivals at airport will need to take a taxi.
