Beware of a graveyard behind the hotel!!

There is a huge grave yard behind the hotel. The room you pay for here will face the graveyard. I was charged huge sum of money just to move to the front of the hotel. What a rip off!! So if you plan to have a good room, plan to pay double of the price you see at a online travel agency.

I was extra careful in choosing a hotel in Hong Kong since it was my first trip with the kids. I researched online and found Cosmopolitan hotel which seemed good for the price. I booked the Toy suite and was pleasantly surprised.
The check-in staff was extra cordial and efficient. Helped us settle down in our suite sooner before the kids started to get irritated with the traveling. The suite was superb; the kids just enjoyed themselves so much. Especially liked the free gift they found in the suite.
The complimentary shuttle bus was an excellent service which helped us to get to Time Square Mall & Disney World quite conveniently.
We had a fabulous vacation and hope to stay at Cosmopolitan when we visit Hong Kong again.

Nice Hotel, Good Value, Very Nice Staff and very willing to please. Location was a little out of the way but they provided a shutttle to Times Square every few minutes. Rooms were nice, updated and very clean. Very helpful staff. Restaurant was great, breakfast was very good too. Not much of a lobby area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

As a visitor who spends little time in the room and a lot of time exploring the city, this hotel was excellent. Great location! It is close to Causeway Bay station (10 minute walk) of the very efficienct MRT. Staff was very attentive and unbelievably helpful with directions, information and suggestions. The staff is fluent in English and curteous. Property was very clean and welcoming. Room is small and bed was a little hard. There are limited views as one side of the hotel faces a cemetary and the other faces the jockey club. However, the price was good for those on a budget. Thus, if you are person looking to spend a lot of time in the room, this may not be the place. But if you are going to be out and about, this place is great.
