The rooms are outdated, but clean. Pool is great, staff is very nice and helpful. Good location with things within walking distance with a quick bus to downtown/beach area.

have to visit Santa Barbara often,so it was nice to find a hotel that was a good price and clean.

Stayed one night, July 18, 2009 in a poolside room, as requested. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in every way. Would stay here again.
