The floor looked like it hadn't been vacumed. No wash cloth in the room upon check-in. Did'nt feel the room was that clean. Bedding seemed really rinkled. The second day no wash cloths again and only one bath towel was left. When we called for them was told we would have to get themourselves that she was by herself. Our family had a total of 4 rooms there this weekend. Two groups were there for two nights and two groups were there for three nights and it seemed that we all had the same problems. When you adverise a service please make it so the consumers would like to return to your establishment. One of our couples who was spending three night was unable to get into their room and had have it reissued why when some one is there for three night would they have to go through the hassle of reregistering at 2:45 am. I could have just as easily called for the wash cloths at 3:00 am instead of waiting till 8:00am out of courtesy to the desk clerk. Also the General Manager was to call me at my home on Monday. Well it's Tuesday night at 10:00pm and still no call from him. Believe me I will never ever recomend the Ramada to anyone after this experience. Please don't tell me that you only have one person working that large of a facility on a Sunday morning that they couldn't deliver the linens that should have been left there on Saturday when the room was supposedly cleaned. I sure hope that all Ramada's aren't run this way as you will be out of bussiness soon if that is the case . Still waiting for a call from the General Manager!! Fat chance huh?

Does Ramada have any standards anymore? This motel does not come any where near the tradition of quality that Ramada used to be famous for...take a bulldozer, level this place, and start over. Facility is outdated, beds are broken and lopsided, doors don't even close and if they do you may never open them again. I will take some responsibility by not reading previous reviews about this motel...but it is a RAMADA!!! I won't make that mistake again!!!
Horrifying experience

This hotel should not receive a 2 star rating. It should not receive any stars. When I checked into my room, I had to kick the door open to just get in. There were at least 10 black flies in the room that I had to try to kill. The lamp shades were covered in dust. The rack in the bathroom almost fell on me. I had to take it off the wall and set it aside since it was a hazard. The lobby was dirty. I checked out right away and the only good thing was that they gave me a full refund. I felt like I needed a shower after being in that nasty room.

Sign on motel indicates it is under "New Management". New owner needs to remodel the place and get new tv's. Place needs total make over.
A good night sleep at a decent price.

The front desk staff were very friendly at check in and check out and helpful when we had problems connecting to the wireless internet. (If you really need to use the internet you may want to request a room toward the front of the building, we were at the back and could not get a very strong signal.) The room was clean, but looked like it could use remodeling. The bed was comfortable and the heat and a/c worked well. The room seemed secure, we had an exterior room that had a dead bolt and chain lock on the door, and the window locked. If you are just looking for a place to sleep in your travels, this is an excellent hotel for the price.
