Good For the Money, Bad Beds Though

The hotel was good and the man at the front desk was very nice. For the most part it was a pretty clean hotel. There were some mantinence things that needed to be taken care of in the hallways and such be the room was good. The only real complaint that I had was that the bed was horrible, it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was the closest hotel that was in town to Carlsbad Caverns though, so that was nice.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for me and my children. Our room was furnished with a fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. The wireless internet worked fine, and I was never kicked off the network (the longest I stayed on was 20-30minutes). The back door requires a key and the front door has a camera. There is a big road construction project nearby, and many of the workers are staying at the hotel. We were there on a thursday and friday night, and there was no trouble. We could not hear any noise in our rooms. The hotel is on the south side of town, so it is closer to the caverns. It is not far from the local Wal-mart. The contenental breakfast was great.

This place was a good place to stay for the price, however, the rooms were not very clean. We found a piece of pizza crust up under the bed and a cheeto..so it was obvious that the room was not cleaned properly. Also, when my son pulled up the floral quilt from his bed, there was some kind of white stain on the blanket under. It looked like milk...but lord only knows what it could have been. The bedding needed to be washed! The breakfast was good and overall it was a nice place to stay. My only complaint was the cleaning crew (or lack there of).

This is the dirtiest motel that we have stayed in. Mold around tub, dead bugs on bathroom floor. The breadfast bar opened late. The bread and bagels at breakfast bar were frozen. The juice machine did not work. Avoid this place

I booked this place for 2 days but ended up checking out in 1. Horrible place to stay , dirty rooms, carpets, bathrooms, windows, sheets and lot of dust smell, any one with Asthma should avoid this place.
