I feel like a reimbusement for more than $10.00 should have been offered, due to no water the next morning, upon waking up which left us unable to complete any personal hygiene care.Having to drive in those conditions and maids still cleaning the rooms No survey questionaire given or manager present. Unsanitize business.

Halls and common areas smelled of smoke, lackluster housekeeping, elevator in need of repair, problems with changing payment type at checkout (already charged reservation card?).

But it was clean so it wasn't unbearable. The elevator was broken and the stairs were outside. This was on a very very hot and very humid day, plus our room was on the 4th floor. All the ice machines and soda machine were broken. None of the lamps in our room turned on. The blankets were a size to small for the bed. It had a fridge but it had been unplugged so it was not cold and there was stagnant water in it. Point is you can stay somewhere better in this area.

Room was ok, but the employees must smoke because even the linens & towels had faint cigarette smoke smell. The lobby and hallways smelled so badly of smoke that it was a tremendous relief to get into my room. The pool looked clean. It appears the rooms have been recently remodeled, but they're not keeping up on the cleaning.
