New York New York Great Hotel

Isabel, Hollywood Florida-June 20th -June 26, 2009 Had a great experience. Arrived at 11:30 AM and I requested early check in two days prior. They had the room ready, the room was fantastic, on the 28th Floor with view of the strip. I went with my 24 year old daughter and we had a great time. We would stay again. There is so much happening in this hotel and so much to do. Fun place to stay.

Wonderful, will stay again

We have nothing bad to say about New York, New York. It reminds us about NYC we know. My wife and I moved to Arizona a year ago. Staying in NY, NY, brought back memories of the Big Apple. This was our first time in Vegas. We would certainly stay again.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Front Desk very helpful in checking in, staff very courteous. Regarding my room- very clean, bathroom spotless, bed was very comfortable. Plenty to do in the hotel, in-house restaurants fantastic! Would have loved to have a small coffee pot in the room

The hotel is trendy. Casino is cool but small. Plenty of places to eat and the pretzels are the best at Nathan's. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The bathroom is small and is not much, but it is clean. The pool area is limited seating, get there early. Have fun.

New York, Great Hotel, awful customer service and hospitality

Check-in was the start of a bad experience. There are approximatlely 14 front desk windows, which would be great if they were utilized. It was extremley long wait for anything for the front desk. In the America Restaurant, the service was incredibly slow and one of the food orders was wrong. Our room key stopped working during our three night stay on four different occassions. There was a long wait each time we needed this issue fixed. The front desk was very unhelpful and lacked any customer service. While there, serveral other people that we talked to expressed there discontent with the customer service in both the restaurants and the front desk.
