Great Place and Value

The room was excellent. I was very impressed. There was lots of room, a private balcony, and everything was nearly spotless. Bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets, blankets, etc. were as clean as I would have expected. Outdoor hot tub was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The price was shocking considering the quality of the room. Great value. I am highly impressed.

Good Place to Stay

I stayed at this motel in September 2008 for four nights. It was a nice place to stay, very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The room was clean, the maid service was very good, always enough fresh towels and wash cloths. The surroundings were kept clean, no trash lying around the property. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering questions about things in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This motel was very convenient to attractions and restaurants. Our motel room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was really on the ball and did a very good job every day in keeping up with clean towels, etc. The property surrounding the motel was kept clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay here, and I would definitely stay here again.

overall...this hotel is a good buy. for someone who doesnt plan on staying in the room much this is the way to go. the rooms were clean and the air was cold. matresses were not that of luxury quality (but did the job) but then again...what are you paying for? i agree that the road could be noisy at times but arent almost all hotels beside the same road? other hotels advertise rooms for around * dollars a night but they are GIMMICS...mostly for one person in one bed. they usually add that same amount for each additional person and have hidden fees. the staff is very friendly and we were never for want of anything. the location was good...we were able to walk to the dixie stampede (which i HIGHLY reccomend) and were in walking distance to several shops and resturants. if you like the beautiful mountains and enjoy seeing animals in their natural habitats (we saw bears and deer) i would definitely reccomend going to cades cove (either early in the morning or right before dark) its worth the time and gas. save your money for shopping and stay here.

Room and Hotel were very clean, I was surprised. The room was nice size, very large and it had a nice large balcony. The location was perfect for everything we had planned to do, it was in the central location. I would stay at this hotel again, the only thing is that I might would suggest a room away from the road side. We had a road side room which was nosiey, you could hear everthing.
