The first room they give us smells like somebody was just smoking. I requested for a room change which the desk person did right away and give us an excellent room. Will definitely stay again.

We checked into our hotel room and was surprised to find the room larger and nicer than expected. It was quiet (except for the a/c unit), staff was helpful and friendly, bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Get up early for the continental breakfast as some of the food was gone by 8:30 a.m. The pool was private and the workout facility had great equipment. We would stay there again.

It was late when I arrived at the hotel, they had my room as I had reserved it. The clerk checkin me in was friendly and courtius. The room was great, loved the computer in the lobby. What could I say about the breakfast, it was great. When in town I will be at the Microtel.

The room was decent for the price. They provided a simple breakfast with waffles, sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, pastries, fruits, juices and coffee. The housekeeping was terrible. I rented a room for two, but only given linen for one. The next morning I asked the housekeepers three times for washcloths and towels, but each time the housekeeper told me that there was not any clean and it will be ten minutes before they had any. After the last time I asked and about three hours after the first time, I phone the front desk and talked to the attendant and she brought some up in less than 5 minutes. Therefore, I guess you should not ask the people that suppose to provide linen, but go directly to the front desk. The front desk attendant was very pleasant. It's located near the intersection of 820 and 35 close to restaurants(fast food and dine in), shopping areas and gas stations in what seemed to be a developing area of Fort Worth. The hotel lacks security. You have a key card but the front door is always unlocked and the attendant is not at the front desk at all times.

The staff was nice. Upon walking into the hotel it was like walking into a prison. The room stunk and the carpet was so bad i would not have let a dog sleep on it. The TV was old and the room was ugly. The bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom.
