Never stay there again

Probably one of the worst experiences ever. The rooms were old and smelly. The pool faces Baker's Square, so if you want to swim, everybody eating at Baker's Square can watch. The staff at the hotel was very nice.

3 stars is just not good enough I guess

The parking was TERRIBLE here. Despite confirming that I was getting a room with 2 beds we were directed to a building and TINY parking lot where there was nowhere left to park, only to find out our room had only one bed. Although they did switch us to the desired room, we had to drag all of our stuff all the way across the property b/c of the parking situation. The beds were hard, pillows small and lumpy, and the rooms all open to parking lot, hence lots of noise with each person walking by during the night. I will not stay here again.

We booked through ONLINE TRAVEL WEBSITE , but when we checked in they asked for our visa anyway; they said in case there were any extra charges. When we got home we found they had charged us again for our room. So we had to go through the hassle of getting this taken off our visa bill. The first day they gave us plenty of toiletries and towels, but every day after that we had to keep asking for them. The rooms were nice, but the service was poor.

Will stay again.

Good value for your money. Family of five, we had ample room in our suite. Clean rooms, amenities available, always stocked with clean towels and garbage emptied. Hotel is close proximity to everything. Stairs and grounds could use more TLC. Front desk folks could DEFINITELY use more customer service training! NONE of them smiled once while we were checking in. No usual "Hello, welcome to Holiday Inn..." but instead "Yes, I can help the next person..." They need HELP! One older gentleman asked that his wife's prescription meds be kept in a freezer and the front desk person actually sighed, walked away and spoke to another front desk person in Spanish before helping the gentleman! Poor, poor public relation skills...BUT, if you're simply looking for the best value for your buck, clean lodging and not too much interaction with hotel staff, this is the place for you.

A Central Location

Central location for SeaWorld and the Zoo... Local to the Airport makes it a little noisy.. .Clean and well kept.. Our vanity (mirror) light over the sink was not always working and dim..
