I was extremely pleased to book this hotel . It was a great deal and even better location. It's a bit difficult to be across from Madison Square Garden but we were so tired, it mattered little. We would have liked to have taken advantage of having a kitchenette but it was so nice to have the space and not trip over each other.

The Affinia made our stay in New York wonderful! Everyone was so helpful. Service superb.After a day of sightseeing it was refreshing to walk into such a clean room and be able to relax. From helping us find the best pizza in town to figuring out the subway our consierge was most helpful. I will definitely stay again at the Affinia Manhattan!!

This is a great hotel in a prime location. It is very near several attractions such as The Empire State Building and Times Square. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The view from our room was wonderfull and was very spacious and clean.The beds were also comfortable. We are planning on coming back to NYC in next few years, and we WILL stay here again! I will be telling others about this hotel and my GREAT experience.

This hotel is across the street from Madison Square Garden. You can look down 7th Ave and see the lights in Time Square. For older folks or those who don't like to walk, this is not the place for you. My elderly mother didn't like having to walk 11 blocks to Time Square. My daughters and I didn't have a problem with it. We enjoyed it so much! There is always something to see in New York. The staff at the Affinia was superb and always helpful. The room was very spacious and you can choose from the pillow menu!! No other hotel has all that and a great low price!!

The room was huge by New York standards. We had two double beds and plenty of space. The location is excellent. It is a short walk to Times Square and the theaters. The hotel is close to public transportation which makes it really easy to get around. We stayed on the 16th floor facing 7th street and it was a little noisy, but I think this would be an issue at any hotel if you are facing a main street. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
