Hotel smelled like smoke, elevators did not work, and room was not cleaned each day nor restoked of toiletries

My husband and I loved our stay at the Rio! Friendly staff, lovely room and a great view from our room. We will definitely stay at the Rio again the next time we are in Las Vegas!

Walter at front desk was very helpful and upgraded us to a large suite. We ate at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Food and service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Much better than waiting in long buffet line.
The Hotel had a shuttle service to and from The Strip.
