GOOD: Overall, hotel was OK everything was within short driving distance. BAD: Balcony and Safe locks did not work (Security risk). The sofa bed metal frame was broken, so kids had to sleep on comforter on the floor, first night. Reported problem to front desk, early next morning and notwithstanding repeated calls to the front desk, problem was never solved. Was never advised how to get a refund for the extra bed I had paid for, but was not able to use. Particularly, since I had already paid for the bed for the additional guests! Poor customer service!

My experience was not so good. The bed was very uncomfortable. Shower did not drain so water backed up. If this place is NON-SMOKING why is there burns places on both sinks and ashtrays on the patio table???I had to go get extra towels and they had no washclothes.Bathroom had hair all over the place - not clean.Tv's are very outdated. Staff were very rude.

The hotel was on the opp. end of the island (away from everything). there were no hangers in the rooms & the hotel seemed empty so why not give us a room w/a view? (we were o/vlookg the airport) &the queenbd had fleas in it & the patio door did not open
Staying in Paradise

After a long drive down to Key West, we arrived to find a very large and comfortable suite. Split bedrooms, two full bathrooms, clean sheets, fully equipped kitchen, patio set on balcony and tons of space for our huge family of 6. Pool and hot tub was available for tired muscles. Large pool towels were also furnished in addition to the regular bathroom towels. Microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, wow!!!!! All this and being in the paradise of Key West too. Excellent!!!

We enjoyed our stay, and would go again. It is away from the mainstream traffic and noise. Very quite and well kept. We have no complaints.
