This hotel is not up to the standards we think of when speaking of Country Inn & Suites. Rooms, lobby, halls need some updating. Bathroom in room had cracked tiles, poorly done grout-work, & hair left from a shoddy cleaning job prior to our arrival. Breakfast was horrible! No attendant for 30 minutes; guests were left to try to "find" something to eat on their own. Breakfast bar wasn't restocked or cleaned! Only bright spot...the night desk clerk was helpful in finding us a room since most in the area were sold out. The day shift desk clerk was willing to give us a % off for inconvenience due to the breakfast bar fiasco.

Total Service Failure! We arrived at 11:00 PM with a online travel website confirmed, prepaid reservation , but the front desk clerk said he did not have a room for us. He was rude and totally uninterested in helping us. Eventually he said he would give us a room if someone did not show up by midnight. Then he said we would have to wait untill !2:15. At 12:15 he said 2:00. He refused to help us find another hotel. Worst case of don't give a *%#! I ever experienced. I would sleep in my car before ever going to this property again.
Great except the shower

The hotel was clean, updated, and served a great breakfast. The only issue we had was that the shower was cool to lukewarm everyday, anytime of day. There wasn't enough water pressure to warm up the tub or air, so the lukewarm water felt extra cool on your skin. Management was contacted, but nothing was different on subsequent mornings.

The rooms need a serious cleaning, the dust bunnies have babies. The breakfast is the same every day - need some variety. The employees act as if they are doing you a favor when you need something. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Given a room not cleaned upon arrival. Given a clean room, then mistakenly removed from it two days later since the desk clerk did not record the room as occupied. No regard for customer satisfaction. Worst experience I ever had with a hotel!!
