PARIS HOTEL LAS VEGAS WAS GREAT

Stayed at the Paris for 5 nights which included the daily buffet breakfast and appetizer buffet in the evening. Loved the hotel from the front desk to the rooms. If you get a view of the Eifeel Tower from your room it is a real plus. The buffets were a bargain. The breakfast continental buffet included smoked salmon, cheeses, fresh baked croissants, pain au chocolate, bagels, fresh fruits, yogurts and varoius cereals. The evening spread was enough to satisfiy as a dinner with shrimp,, two hot dishes which change nightly, ham and cheese rolls, veggies and dip, fresh fruits, daily baked fancy pastries and biscotti. Two free glasses of wine or mixed drinks are included with an open honor bar for further drinks it was a bargain. The rooms were good siized, with couch, desk and armchair in the king room. Feather pillows ( a must for me) and duvets on beds. Very comforable. The corridors and hallways are spacious and nicely decorated. Even the casino area was better than the other hotels, seemed less noisy and smokey. A meal at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant was excellant. Can recommend it for either lunch (cheaper) or dinner. It faces the Bellagio and while enjoying the wonderful food you can watch the fountains. Service and food were outstanding. The kitchen is opposite the elevator and complletly open. Spotless! Highly recommend it. We booked tours to Valley of Fire, Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam/ Lake Mead criuse via Casino Travel in the hotel lobby. They employ geat tour guides, each trip well worth the cost. Hard to pick a favorite but Valley of Fire was certainly spectacular, unbelivable that it was so close to Las Vegas and most people are totally unaware of it. Such a contrast to "The Strip".

Loved the Paris !!!!

My husband and I just returned from staying at the Paris for 5 nights in April. We loved it here. We didn't think we would get a strip view room because we got such a good deal with online travel website , but I asked at check-in. We could if we wanted to pay an extra $ /each night. Since we were staying 5 nights we said no, but the guy at check- in said he would put us up on the 32nd floor. There are 33 floors. Being up so high we could see Mirage-Treasure Island-Venetian-Palazzo-Rio-Ballys-Flamingo-Caesars andBallagio's. We could see half of the fountains at Ballagio's. So, for not paying the extra money, we saw a lot. I would definately stay here again. The room was very nice. Bed was turned down every night. You are right in the middle of everything. Very convenient. The crepes are delicious. The bakery was very good. I recommend the Almond bear claw. Had a great burger at Le Burger. Would stay again. It's nice the Paris is connected to Bally's. Don't have to go outside.

Paris is a great place!

Have stayed here before and find the rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Only complaint is the rooms do not have a coffee pot. Also, the TV remote did not work well this time. The atmosphere is very French from the gilded reception area to the cobblestone "streets" and picturesque shops.

I'd think twice.

Front desk attendants are, or at least who we dealt with, jerks. They tried to switch our room to a two queen bed room, rather than a king size bed room. After complaining mysteriously a king size room appeared. The house keepers were the nicest out of all the employees and ironically they probaly are paid the least. The hotel was nice and clean and room service was prompt. Next time we'll stay elsewhere.

Pretty and Clean-But what about being "Green"

Our room was newly remodeled and so nice. The beds were so comfy and the room was clean in every way. Our concern was how "Green" this hotel is. They recommended that you reuse your towels and to save water, the sheets would not be changed on a daily basis without a customer request. However, when we were unable to get hot water in our room on the 28th floor the maintenance department came up and explaned that we should just turn it on and wait. Wait like 15 min with all taps turned on. We had to repeat this process everytime we wanted to shower. This seemed to be more wasteful than requesting a new set of towels daily. With the water situation that Nevada and California are facing again this year, I wonder if The Paris might want to take a second look at the engineering of this and other sites.
