Best Western Raleigh Inn Review

Room initially provided was not as reserved, two double beds rather than king. King bed was squeaky (due to kick panels attached) and sofa bed has missing tension springs. Room had unpleasant odor (it smelled like urine)(we bought and used a room freshner). External entrance to Inn on west end did not lock well, compromising security. Pool water was discolored. Exercise facility was very minimally equipped, only treadmill worked.
Would not stay here again.

This could be a good option for the budget-minded traveler. The room was very clean and well-appointed. However, there were very strong odors in the corridor and elevator from cooking by long-term guests. The staff is helpful when amenities are not working. During my three-night stay there were problems with vending, the business center and the elevator. The pool is child-size and very tiny.

Family (2 adults & 2 children)stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, rollaway crib available (suggest bringing own crib sheet & blanket), convenient in room microwave & fridge, decent breakfast, friendly staff, easy to locate off I-440 Exit 13B New Bern Ave. Good value for 2 double beds room in Raleigh & would stay there again.

We chose this hotel which is actually a Best Western because our first choice was under renovation. The cleanliness of the carpeting in our room left a lot to be desired as did the continental breakfast and maintenance of that area. The pool is very, very small and cold!
