This hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. The guest staying in the next room was a chain smoker and was smoking in their room. The smoke seeped through the door cracks between their room and ours. We called the front desk and reported the smoke; no one ever came. 2 hours later - smoke still filling our room. Walked to the front desk and demanded a new room or action on the smoker. No rooms were available. Had to deal with smoke in our room all night long. Horrible service!

The hotel was VERY clean and the staff was super. Our room's air conditioner was VERY noisy. We asked for another room but were told there were none available. Then the clerk gave us the room next door. That air conditioner was not a lot better. Sleeping was difficult, to say the least. We've stayed here before and this was the first problem we've had.

1st room had defective air conditioner-2cnd room had dirty soap in shower trash in bathroom rotton fruit in waste basket and dirty ice with glass

I reserved my room on line & received exactly what I requested. Every staff member was exceptionally courteous and eager to please. The beds are AWESOME!
