Everything about this hotel is great. From time you check in to the time you check out. We could not find one thing that we disliked about our stay. So thank you for a great vacation

I was on business to Vegas, stayed at Bellagio. Can't tell you how plush this hotel is. The casino has turned out to be the luckiest place in Vegas for me (total of 5 trips now). We only stayed here once due to cost (company picked up tab the first time). But an outstanding place to stay. Sure, the buffet is priced high, but man is it worth the money. I'm about as cheap as they come, but we payed the money for the Sunday brunch buffet and got our money's worth!!! The rooms felt like a king or queen belonged in them. The hotel itself is fantastic!! Even the restaurant they have for breakfast is fantastic! I'd suggest the granola and fruit parfait. The $5 dollar slots are crazy... will give money away like mad!! But walk away when you win!!! Think smart! Would stay here again on a special occasion. Would gamble here every time we go to Vegas!! Would eat here again anytime!!

SPA TOWER

My husband took me for my birthday & it was my 1st time in vegas. The hotel is very beautiful, in the center of the strip were you can walk back & forth to any of the other hotels/casinos & restaurants. We were very disappointed that they gave us a room in the spa tower were is not in the main bldg & we had to walk the entire complex to get to our room. The travel agent told us that we can do a late check out because our flight was at 11:00 pm, however I asked when we arrived & the front desk told us to call at 10:00 am on the same day we were checking out, when we called they told us no, we had to leave the room at 12 pm not at 8:00 pm as promised. The room was not worth the money.

Came here for a romantic getaway and was amazed by beautiful room and superior service of all the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel as if we were their most important clients. If you are looking for a romantic get away, close to the airport and in the middle of the strip this is the spot.

Superior Service

The Bellagio is a beautiful, well designed hotel with the most helpful, most attentive staff we've ever encountered in our travels. Regardless of which area of the hotel you visit, the staff are completely dedicated to meeting your needs -- no matter how big or small. From the front desk to the pool-side staff to the concierge, from the garden gift shop sales person to the Sensi restaurant waitstaff, from the box office associate to the Bellagio Cafe waitress to the transportation attendants, we always enjoyed superior service. The facility itself is breathtaking and spectacular, however, it is the Bellagio employees who make staying at this fine hotel a truly incredible experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend it as THE place to stay while you're in Las Vegas.
