Quote: I stayed at the Hotel Northampton after visiting my daughter at Smith College and was quite pleased with not only the room but the very helpful staff. My room was certainly not a shoebox as another reviewer posted and it was quite clean.

Quote: The Hotel itself is beautiful- very convienent to walk around town- however once your inside the shoebox cold drity rooms after paying top$$$- its very disappointing- the staff is equally as unpleasant
