Fantastic Hotel!! Would Definitelty come back with my family

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone. I was there on business and was able to sit by their beautiful pool side and work on my laptop and enjoy the view. The rooms were wonderfully appointed, beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I will be returning with my family next time.

I stayed 1 night. This place is a dump. The walls were dirty, the sheets had been slept in, the shower never drained, the bathroom door was an outside door that didn't fit, the air didn't work, the outer doors did not lock so there was no security. The halls were dirty and there was no air in the hall ways. Folks this is a really bad hotel....Im not an angry person, but this was beyond really really bad.....If I save one person from staying in this dump and going through what my family did, I have done a good thing. Thank you.

Deadbolt in room bad, the screws stripped. One of the two rooms smelled of urine, made me sick.Asked for rooms together got one on each side of hotel. Did get to have a new room because of the smell.The breakfast buffet did not start till 7, yet the sign said 6. No explaination to why, and no fresh coffee offered to guests. Not enough towels in rooms/none available when asked. Sink is falling out of vanity, no dressers, limited room space. This hotel is falling apart.
