I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The mid-strip location is great and very convenient. There was a bit of a wait to check in on Sunday afternoon. The room was clean and seemed updated. I did not use any of the hotel restaurants or services, but the people in the hotel were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I was here for a convention for work and the hotel was more than adequate.
Overall, a pleasant experience

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Room was supposedly newly renovated, but workmanship seemed a bit shoddy .. faucet in tub leaked and was difficult to operate. Appeared to be a recent water leak in ceiling above shower .. ceiling stained and wallpaper peeling away in that corner. Room seemed quite small, but nicely decorated and beds VERY comfortable. Really limited closet space. Used to be able to have coffee makers in room, now it seems it's only for those in the deluxe suites.

Stayed at Harrah's for a week and loved it. The staff was nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze; as was checkout. Location is great being right in the heart of the strip. Gambling at Harrah's isnt the best idea. I heard from several people and also know from experience that the slots are TIGHT! Would definatley stay again. Rooms were clean - pool left nothing to be desired but if you're going to Vegas for a pool ... pick another vacation spot!

Just stayed there for 5 days and overall we would stay again! Pros: Nice clean rooms & bathroom, friendly service, great location, nice choice of dining and entertainment, comedy club was great, there is an outside bar at carnival court with daily bands that is alot of fun, the bartenders are very entertaining as they flip bottles and drinks for you and blow whistles as they are doing this; it is very good. Cons: the only restauraunt that is open late is the cafe and I wanted to get something to take to my room and they told me that I had to order room service - could not just wait for take out; stay away from the Wyndham Resort reps.; we did this and got ripped off!! They promise you all kinds of "great deals" but once you do their little "song and dance" and when you decline buying into their resort they treat bad The one desk manager was very helpful and friendly and tried her best to get our monies back or comparable to it but had no luck as she has nothing to do with Wyndham. We were very pleased with her customer service. Other than that, did not win a thing there. The one guy that worked the craps table was very rude as I was just learning the game and he made some rude comments about me. So to sum it up if you want a nice clean room with a great location as you are right in the heart of everything; this is the place to stay!!

Just stayed a week in Vegas and had a great experience at Harrahs. We arrived at 8 am and were given room right away from the wonderful front desk service. Our rooms were nice and the maid service was very friendly. The hotel overall was very clean. The pool is small but it did the job. The sundeck above the bar is where you need to be. Find a chair along the wall b/c the have a mister setup that comes on at 11:30 everyday and keeps you nice and cool. Make sure to be at the pool no later than about 9:30 or so to get your chair in that spot. Food choices are pretty good. The cafe is decent. The buffet is good but a little pricey. The spot to go is Toby Keiths on the 2nd floor. The food is good, price is reasonable, and the atmosphere is awesome. The only thing I would suggest is that if you play slots, don't do it Harrahs. The slots are very tight and didn't see many people winning at all. Overall the experience was great, very affordable, and would definately stay there again!!
