My wife and I absolutely loved staying at Caesar's Palace. Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and service was quick and efficient (with the exception of dinner the 1st night - seemed the wait staff was understaffed but still working hard to meet the expectations of customers). The valet retrieved our vehicle quickly, and the front desk was helpful in giving tips, directions, and coupons for surrounding attractions. Although there was alot of construction going on on the property, we never heard any noise or had any problems getting around the property. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we never heard any of the occupants on either side of us or anyone walking up or down the hallway. We would stay again.

This was our second stay at Caesar's and again we were totally pleased and satisfied. We did upgrade our room this time from a classic and to us it was worth it. Believe me, there is nothing wrong with the classic room but we wanted the view and the spa tub. The cost to upgrade was cheaper at Caesar's than the deals we were offered online. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a problem with the toilet but the staff got on it immediately. When it was not fixed the first time we got a $25.00 room credit and a maintainence person back as quickly as possible. I will definitely stay here again.
Never again

Stayed March 2009. Very disappointed. Smelled like they had a sewage problem. Room was okay. Shower had mold growing and sometimes you had hot water. Have stayed in Vegas many times but would not recommend staying here.

I stayed @ the Caesars & paid for a Forum tower room, when arrived on a tuesday night around 11pm (male clerk) was very friendly & upgrade my room to a August Tower room with free of charge. And he did not do to get anything back. Because I am a 41 year old married woman & my other two friends that I went with not model looks. He was a very professional
guy. The room was beautiful. The only bad part is that slot machine don't pay. I do recommend the Hotel. We ask the housekeeping lady to give us more supplies (shampoo, conditioner ects. because we ere three in the room and she did with no questions ask.
I also recommend that section of the hotel ( August Tower )
