It's the little things.....

I've never seen this nor heard of this before, but there was no bathroom door!! That's right, if you want privacy, your traveling companion needs to take a walk. And if your companion does take the courtesy walk, make sure they put the do not disturb sign on the knob when they leave because if housekeeping comes in....there you are in full view! Also, if you go there, don't recycle your key cards when you check out at 11:00 AM if you have a late flight and hope to hang by the pool. They refused us towels because we could not show the room key even after we explained to a manager that we just spent two nights, just checked out and are waiting for the Red Eye...the manager cared less than the teenager in charge of the towels. Plastic chairs in the hot sun and no towel to lie on...wicked!

Smallish room, older section of hotel; long walk. While I am at it the view was only so-so. On the upside (yes, there IS and upside) the location is perfect, with or withour a car.

We booked a suite at Caesars for our anniversary. We received prompt service upon check in. We were offered an upgraded room at an amazing price. The restaurants within the hotel are great, the casino offered a lot of different gaming options and the Forum shops never cease to amaze. In my opinion, Caesars is the best hotel on the strip!

This hotel has terrible customer service, it was filthy dirty, the buffet at Cafe Lago was awful. Our balcony was covered in pigeon poop, the pool actually had dirt and construction debris floating in it from the massive construction project going on there, hair dryer was busted, pop machine broken but tore two of our dollars in half. Complaints were made to hotel management but they were not willing to do anything for us because we didn't book directly with them just through online travel website. I sent a letter to Harrah's corporate and got pretty much the same response. The cashier at Cafe Lago overcharged us "accidently" by 58.00 and it took them nearly two weeks to credit us back for that and fix their mistake and also about two weeks to get the 200 of "incidental charges" credited back to our American Express card. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It's beyond me how they even have the reputation that they do. Our glasses in our room actually had caked on toothpaste and lipstick marks all around the top. It was ridiculous.
