My mom and I spent two nights at Best Western Pasadena Inn and the whole experience was very pleasant. Starting with a friendly, knowledgable clerk when we checked in. Then with the cleaning staff who checked if we needed anything. We were also pleased to find out that continental breakfast was included. We enjoyed a nice breakfast from the generous and varied food offered. The last thing that stands out which was pleasing is that the location was very convenient, close to the freeway entrance and the places we needed to be at.

Old Town Pasadena is a wonderful place to stay. The Best Western Inn was within walking distance of many restaurants. The motel is quit comfortable and we would stay there again.

Our family just needed an inexpensive and convenient place to stay while we visited family and friends. This one fit our needs perfectly. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet (the heating unit was a bit loud, but not enough to keep us awake). The staff was courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast had more variety than I was expecting (the self-serve waffle iron was a nice touch!). Although we didn't use it, the internet access was a plus. It had a convenient location with easy access and a competitive rate, especially for Pasadena. Would stay there again.

This is a very clean and friendly place to stay. I had no trouble with the curtains over the air conditioner and the continental breakfast was quite adequate to begin the day. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family.
