THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT

Absolutely awful. Staff was not knowledgeable. General Manager (Monica Wright) was completely useless. Her children (a son and a daughter, both look like they're under 10) were running around the lobby and the gym, knocking on the gym door and disrupting guests routines. The GM allowed them to continue behaving that way.
The GM used my credit card without authorization to pay for something she claims I asked for when in fact I never did. I am working things out with the Hilton group guest assistance, who at least, have been more helpful than Paris TX Hampton Inn staff. If it doesn't get resolved soon, I plan to press charges for using my credit card without authorization. When confronted, the GM yelled at me. Unbelievably unprofessional conduct. She has also lost one of my packages that arrived via USPS. I am appalled and suggest that if you don't want to be involved in identity theft on your credit card or to have your belongings get lost, or to have her children running around knocking on your door, to choose another hotel.

I have to say that this was my BEST hotel visit EVER to any hotel we have ever stayed in. Service was great, room was awesome, breakfast was great & we liked the offer of a sweet OR healthy snack available when you are staying there. We really enjoyed our time there and will stay again on any future visits to your area.
