College Visit

  • July 11, 2008
  • Rated 5 of 5 by a traveler from Travelocity.com
Hotel was perfect for our needs. We only were staying one evening for a visit with Ithaca College and Cornell College which were both with in 4 miles. This was the least expensive hotel I could find and was very satisfied. We were in the quiet part of town, but still very safe. Plenty of stores nearby. The hotel provided a refrigerator in every room, microwave in lobby. The bathroom was very large with a brand new update and enlarged shower. Very clean. Many comfortable pillows, mattress nice and firm. The staff was very courteous and seemed to enjoy being employed there. We were unhappy with the Friendly's Restaurant nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 1 night. Room was average for class of hotel, staff was friendly. Room could use a good cleaning around tables and furniture. Breakfast was good with homemade waffles. Don't expect a 5 star resort for $80 per night and you won't be disappointed

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of fluffy pillows.

This is the best two star hotel I've stayed in. It is nice, everything in brand new condition and clean. fridge/coffe maker/iron/desk/nicer then average free breakfast. it's nice especially after the horrible econolodge in malden that somehow also got two stars. If thats a two star this would be five star. the only thing wrong here is that the room doors are weighted to heavily and slam loudly in the halls every time someone goes in or out of their room and there is no sound proofing on the doors, so you hear the slamming and everyone in the halls pretty loudly. but a great hotel overal.

The corridor had the oder of peanut butter mixed with feet. The Toilet could have been clean better.
