Have stayed in better hotels for less, looks good on surface but with closer look left lots to be desired, 1st- Phone reservation staff was rude, 2nd- Date of my reservtion was wrong even though I had made it months ago -even though I had a confermation order , 3rd- When I arrived ,Had to wait till room was ready,4th-When we finally got to our room the restroom
looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned

We stayed at this hotel for the location-- right on the USC campus and right down the street from the Staples Center. The staff was great and the manager was extremely helpful in planning our day trip to Universal Studios and Hollywood. They have Sleep Number Beds, too!! The restaurant was really good and they have a very nice sports bar. My friends really enjoyed the fitness center and pool. If you're going to LA, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I just stayed at the Radisson across from USC for a football game and I have to say that I was very skeptical but I was really pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was not only in a great location but the lobby was clean, there were even fresh flower arrangements throughout making for a lovely smell as soon as you walked in the doors. The front desk staff was friendly, everyone was wearing USC stuff so it was great to see the staff as excited as me and my friends were about the game!!!!! Go Trojans!
As far as the room itself, it was pretty nice, you could tell the hotel is a little older and in need of some love but for the price and location it was just what we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was fine. We didn?t use the internet or any business services so I can?t comment on that. But the food and sports bar were great! It was definitely was place to be after the game. Lots of USC fans celebrating which was really fun.
All and all I have to say that this hotel must have gone through some changes since a lot of these past reviews were written. I had a great experience and this hotel and would absolutely stay there again for the next football game!

Upon arriving at my hotel, the staff was very friendly. My room was comfortable and kept very clean. There is a small breakfast cafe and one for dining. I did not eat the at the main resturant. My biggest applause went to the staff and the shuttle service the hotel ran to the convention center. They ran it even pass the hours to accommodate all of us who attended the convention.

While the price was right and the location not too bad for downtown....the rooms were very hard to accept. We did not have a sleep number bed and the airconditioner unit was rusted out to the point you could see through the corner of it to the outside!! The bathrooms were ok at best. VERY noisy area! The staff was very friendly....but it was obvious this hotel is due for an renovation!!!
