Disappointing

Our room was on the 15th Floor. Elevators overpacked & slow. Maid service was fine but the bathroom needed remodeled. Gross/Cracked sink, yellowed bathtub, ick. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice & more/bigger towels.

The water temp was horrible and the wall paper in the room was falling down. The elevator what a joke and the journey to the parking garage. This was my 11th visit to Vegas my first and last at Imperial Palace. Not enjoyable at all
