I had read some of the reviews and was a little unsure about staying at IP, but I was very happy with our room. Just make sure you ask for the quiet side. Location was great. We checked out after 6 nights to fly home, but there was a problem with our plane. We went back to IP and even though it was a holiday weekend IP gave us back our same room at a discount. I would stay at IP again.
Great Time!!!

This was my first time visiting a hotel in Las Vegas and I had a great time. The hotel was in the center of all the action and we were able to walk to all the clubs that were surrounding us. The room was clean. Restrooms were a little small but it was ok. As long as I was able to shower things were good. House keeping was great. The only things is that our ice machine was not working by our room but it was all good. I will stay there again!!! Im already going to book another room for September.
2nd time at Imperial, would definitely stay again

This is one of the older hotels on the strip so your room is not going to be the fanciest you've ever seen. But that being said, it was clean, room and maid service were great and you can actually stand out on your balcony to enjoy a drink and the view. Lets be honest, your basically in your room to shower and sleep, most of your time is in the casino or cruising the strip. This is my 5th trip to Vegas and I've ventured into all the big casinos on the strip and take this advise...if you want the best cocktail service with the sexiest cocktail girls...go to the Imperial. It was not uncommon for us to go to other big name casinos on the strip, gamble for a half hour and not get served a drink...poor service. Cocktail girls are everywhere and service is the best on the strip. Entertainment and party atmosphere are great at the Imperial....its reasonably priced and right in the heart of the strip. The atmosphere is not "snotty" or "stuck up"..its the casino for the average guy or couple who doesn't need the "fancy shmancy"
My only complaints would be the elevators could use an upgrade and the air ventalation is poor...but as I said, its an old hotel. Definitely a "thumbs up" for this review.

This hotel was in a good location. But.............There were stains on the carpet, we had a water leak outside our door our entire visit that came above our shoes, the maid service never came to clean our room and we were there for 6 days. They wanted an extra deposit when we got there of $/day, when they should have probably really paid us to stay there. The only good thing is the rockhouse bar really does rock!!! Best bar in vegas. Great people.
