Decent hotel

Staff was very friendly, we had a very late check-in (almost midnight) and they were very helpful. Continental breakfast very nice, pool very nice. Beds and room were about right for the price of this hotel. No bugs, no problems.

My experience was good. there was a little issue but not the hotels fault a pipe broke witch affected the water. but they had already a plan in action either I could stay their or change to the All American Inn witch is owned by the best western. I was staying for a week with my kids so I didn't want to take the chance of the pipe not being fixed so we stayed the entire week at the All American Inn and we had a great stay they were very accomadting rooms were clean. they even furnished with a refridgerator witch the best western did not offer but it came in great help with 2 coolers full of juice. I would stay again if I went back to ohio

Hotel was clean but the front desk staff was very rude on check in. When we arrived he couldn't find us in the system, he said there was nothing he could do but give us a room but he had to charge us for it and take it up with the online travel website to get a refund. After giving him conformation number he found us and still was rude. We reserved a room with a balcony and did not get it. After calling the online travel website nothing was done no refund nothing. I don't know if I would ever stay there again just because staff was not friendly.
