Find another place to stay

This hotel changed names in the past year, it used to be a Hawthorn Suites. I stayed here the past 5 years on annual trips to Tulsa, it was always a very good value for the price. The suites were top notch with full kitchens, a separate bedroom, walk-in closet and even a fireplace. But the place had slipped in quality over the past few years as maintenance was ignored. I thought I would try them one more time this year and when I found out they had changed names (and presumably ownership), I was hopeful that improvements had been made. Unfortunately, the place has gone down hill fast in the past year. The carpets in the rooms are filthy with numerous stains, the windows are dirty, the translucent curtains have been removed, the fireplaces are now "decorative" and not to be used (they evidently don't want to have to clean them), the sofa and chairs are ratty with holes in the upholstery, they provide no toiletries, room cleaning is now occasional instead of every day, the heating in my room was troublesome and the free hot breakfast is no more. The room clerk indicated they have a complete renovation planned in the future. But what they need to do is close down the place and not subject people to their old, dirty, worn out rooms. This used to be a bargain for what was provided. Now it is severely overpriced. There are plenty of much nicer places nearby. I suggest you pass this place by and stay in one of the many nicer alternatives.

We have stayed in Crestwood in GA and really like them. The hotel was a little run down fom age but was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. The TV in the bedroom would only work on certain channels, and when the man came to check on it he didn't know why it wasn't working but offered to personally move us to another room if we would like. It was a pleasant surprise to have a TV in the bedroom and a fireplace in the living room. Also nice to have the "black-out" curtains in the bedroom so we could enjoy some much needed sleep. Great location to all parts of Tulsa. Would stay there again.

This hotel is decent, clean and beds were very comfortable & surprisingly quiet. Absolutely no amenities here, no hair dryer & room won't get cleaned unless you ask.Good if you just want a good night's sleep.
Not as advertised

The hotel promised large room with kitchen, but we had the smallest room I have ever stayed in. It was dirty, had mold on the window and the beds were not comfortable at all. I would not recommend this place, their website lied, it was nothing like they advertised.
