Not Good

We requested a ground floor room and did not receive one, the 1st morning we were waken up by front desk to see if we owned a car parked illegally, it wasn't ours and they had that on the check in card, the 2nd night we returned to the hotel our key cards would not work and when I went to the front desk they questioned if we had a reservation for the 2nd night, also the was no parking either night so per the desk person we parked along the curb (illegally) of the parking lot, when we checked out we told them of our dissatisfaction and they offered nothing.
