This is hotel is pretty average nothing to brag about but nothing to complain about. Great location for shopping with all of the stores around and eateries. It does have a very nice pool and the rooms with the pool view are cool.
"It's just a plastic ceiling"

During our stay in the first room rm266 my husband had the very leaking plastic ceiling fall on his elbow and my brother standing next to him. Very importantly I had my two children ages 1 yr and 4 yr they weren't the fallen victims of this very sloppy happening. We called the front desk and she told us that the manager was not in yet he would be in at 8 AM - the time this all happened was 7:57 AM- well how convienient! The desk clerk would walk us to the other room for the last night of our reserved stay for this family vacation rm 262. She did just that and still no manger but he would be confronted later and he should handle any thing that we may need.
Next day when the manager was FINALLY available -we wasted most of our supposed vacation on this very lack of poor hospitality- he only responded that "it's only a plastic ceiling" and that he will call us later about settling this very inconvienient situtaion that happened to literally damper our visit with a Ramamda hotel stay. He never called, He knew we were checking out in a few hours, and still has no remaks to this matter. As far a I am concerned they just only put that ceiling back there and allowed the spring break teenagers to stay in this very faulty, very dangerous, and very unsanitary room.
The manager has absolutely no professional behavior and has absolutely no care for the hospitality to on-going customer care.
DO NOT STAY at this hotel It's unsafe, filthy, rude, structurally unsound and the MANAGEMENT is very poor. My 4 year old would have done better than that.
THESE ARE VERY PROBLEMATIC when KIDS ARE THERE TO WITNESS.
Don't believe their web site info!

Their information claims to have a lounge and restaurant on site. We checked in and asked where the lounge was and the desk clerk said it had been closed for 7 months since the new owners took over. The restaurant was a Denny's with an attached door to the lobby, which was fine but it did not serve alcohol.
The next day when we checked out I mentioned to the morning desk clerk they should change the information on the web site to reflect the current condition, i.e. not having a lounge on site and he told me it had been closed for a couple of weeks for remodeling and would be open the following week. Total BS. I think the morning clerk might have been the owner.

We had reservations from Saturday night through Tuesday night but arrived a day early and were able to secure a room for Friday night although it was nearly twice the rate we paid for our reserved nights. After the one night we could not stay for our reserved 4 nights and forfeited our entire room fee to stay somewhere clean, quiet and safe. The motel was very noisy with teenagers running in the corridors. When I left to run an errand at 9:30 Friday night, there were several police cars and an ambulance in the parking lot. There was also a crowd of young people standing around which indicated to me that there was some sort of altercation. We no longer felt safe and so we checked out the next morning. It was a very costly decision but worth the peace of mind. The room was also not very clean.
