Had a great time and the view from our room of the gulf was absolutely beautiful. A restaurant/bar would be a plus!

The worst holiday experience I have ever encountered.
Where to begin:
-no habla ingles
-booked for November 22-24 (Thanksgiving) or so we thought, got a phone call at 11:30 at night on October 22 (middle of work week), checked message later from La Copa saying that our card was going to be charged for a 'No Show!'
-call and leave message for manager XXX
-2 days go by, 3 days go by, no return call from Eric.
-Finally get in contact w/ Eric and after some debate, agreed to refund the money...we're still waiting...
I grew up down there too. Get your money's worth and stay at the Sheraton, Radison, or get a condo at Saida Towers!

The rooms REEK!! I felt light-headed in there and about vomitted. My children also complained of smell. The interior needs remodeling and the staff was rude.If they changed the smell, staff, and interior, I would definitley come back. Not for fainters!!!!

This hotel was ok. The rooms were bigger than I expected. The ceilings are high. The breakfast was nice and the happy hour is good. One Free beer or wine + snacks everyday. It is located right on the beach which is nice. The only thing it is lacking is appearance. They need to remodel the building.
