When we checked in the girl was quite busy but very talented and customer conscious. We were impressed with her ability to handle people -- she even took the time to write out directions for us to the baseball stadium. We found the room to be excellent with a wonderful bed and tv. We only stayed one night, but will return to this hotel on our next visit to the bay area. Very nice!!

Great Value...great service....nice indoor pool area....will come back again!!! only thing i didn't like was no free breakfast unlike most Marriotts

Staff was curt and not helpful. Rooms are very clean though and the food was not bad.Cleaning staff is nicer than the front desk clerks and I was charged for 4 nights when I only stayed for two

The service, ammenities, and all my other interactions at this hotel were great, they had a "weekend party policy" and a waiver to accompany it that I was required to sign, but not a hassle at all. Great experience overall, I only wish I could have stayed longer.
