I had a lot of issues with the service and the quality of the hotel. The highlight was when it began to rain inside the bathroom. The manager could almost not be convinced to change my room. Never apologived for anything...
Great Price but location lacks

Although, a shuttle to Foxwoods is listed - there isn't one. The location boasts a downtown area with shops and restaurants. The only restaurants we saw were Subway and Captain Pizza. Everything else is town was boarded up and abandoned. Very scary walking around even in the daytime. The train whistle will wake you up at 7am, as will the nearby clock tower, so don't plan on sleeping late. Lounge didn't open until 5pm. Price was great and service was good though.

Check-in was fast. I needed a sewing kit and umbrella which they provided. The bill didn't deduct my travel website discount and so I showed them my card and confirmation they promptly revised it. XYZ at front desk was helpful. No problems with this hotel at all. Clean. Less expensive than others.

This hotel was a good bargain, close to attractions, and excellent staff. Area around the facility can get rough at night.
