Good Stay for the price

I only stayed one night, but the room was very clean and the bed comfy. I was close to Canal St. I will stay again. The one downside was parking but that usually is a problem in Naw'lins.

You get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a place to sleep better than a homeless shelter, than this is it. The advertised features included an alarm clock..didn't work, coffee maker..no pot, wireless internet..didn't work..and continental breakfast..a bagel, package of Yoplait, or cereal with room temperature milk. Since the internet does not work, you will be allowed to use their computer in a 4x5 room. No thanks. Be prepared to clean your room when you arrive and during your stay. The staff were friendly, but not helpful. Pay more somewhere else. You will be glad you did. The best thing I can say is the coffee in the lobby wasn't that bad.

Complimentary breakfast was not very good;elevator was rickety;air conditioning in room did not work properly;room did not get cleaned everyday.

Comfiest bed and pillows I've ever encountered! Room was spacious, clean & smelled fresh! Water pressure and hot water were a force to be reckoned with! Also a very quiet room. Continental breakfast offered was pretty good. Room service responded to our needs in a snap! Only complaint is drain in shower and hot tubs were closed. Everything else was A+++! We stayed on the top floor so we had a fantastic view of the Superdome and downtown. Parking at nearby garage was a hop, skip, & a jump from our room. VERY pleased with our stay.

I have stayed in this Hotel about 2 years ago, and what a difference 2 years makes. It was a very disappointing visit. Upon check in the hotel staff was plesant, but if you need anything after that, forget about it, and the parking situation is sad to say the least. They used to Valet, no more Valets, you park yourself! GOOD LUCK, you will need it!
