My first visit to Reno, this hotel is nice: good and clean. The staffs are friendly and it is not difficult to get food there. There is also a casino at the basement of the hotel for those who would like to have some good time with the chips.
Surprisingly nice.

We were pleasantly surprised. They extended a deal to us that had expired earlier. Few room amenities that stand alone hotels have but it is a casino. Comps not too bad

We stayed somewhere else for a couple of nights while we were still checked in. The staff assumed that we were checked out so our room was gone. The staff corrected this problem and gave us a different room.
