Ave du Parc is a nice location for a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. However, parking was a HUGE hassle. I've driven to Montreal many times and stayed in many hotels. I've even lived there for 5+ years. I'd spend the extra $$ to find a ...Read more

Carpet in room was dirty- had black globs stuck in it. Parking was a bit over priced and very difficult to get in and out if there were people coming in two directions.
