Got charged twice, once by travel agency & secondly by the hotel. Called to resolve this, the manager of the hotel REFUSED to talk-coward ! Called & email travel agency hasn't been resolve since feb and it's april already now ! Talked to a friend from Chicago what a bad dejavu it happened to her too !!! better pay more & stay at a better place than having a nightmare like mine !

Key cards had to be replaced 3 times.Not enough washcloths.Coffee stained comforters put back on bed. Door left ajar after cleaning. Dirty pool.Dirty floors.Threw away momento picture!

When we got there at 3pm our room was not even ready(check out is 11am). We had to waite 30 minutes. The people at the front desk were not friendly. We asked the secound day for our room to be clean and it never was. We had to ask twice the secound day for towels. None of the people were friendly or seemed concered with our happyness, we will NOT stay here again even though we will be going back to Springfield.
