surprised to be disapointed

I stay in Vegas for business at least 2 times a year. After booking ahead with requests for non-smoking, Wynn view and high floor we arrived at 2 PM to be rudely told to wait until 4 PM. When given our "room" it consisted of a low floor with the view of the parking structure. FINALLY spoke to a person who has taken a customer service class and received the room we reserved (but we had to work for it). I don't think I can recommend or stay there again.

My family and I (3 kids, 3 adults) stayed here for 3 nights with Escape your way promo. What a deal! We got the 3rd night free on both rooms. My husband and I stayed on the club level & enjoyed complimentary breakfast, evening hor'dourves & dessert. The pool was perfect for young kids. It was only 3 1/2 feet. The staff was great! Valets and bellmen were very helpful. Will stay here again.

Connect to the Wynn

In LV for a convention. The Wynn was out of the budget - howerer I was looking for design, and comfort from "W" hotels. This is a great LV compromise - affordable, design, elegent modern architecture, great rooms and welcoming bathroom ammenities, non-gaming, GREAT Staff and just steps away from the LV Rail or the Wynn shuttle bus. Used room service on occasion - food was fine. Java shop on the ground floor was great for that morning yogurt & fruit and espresso or tea.

Service Personified

This staff wrote the book on service. Had occasion to need the services of the bell captain, concierge, front desk and security. All were highly trained and skilled in Customer Relations. Can't say enough about their willingness to get out of the box and provide service.

Finally a hotel close to the strip and action without the casino smell and hustle. The Renaissance was relaxing, efficient, designed like a high-end NY hotel - a wonderful stay.
